Define Objectives
Objectives can be setup in the scope of the company, teams, projects, or people. A defined objective includes a target metric and progress percentage. Once objecives are defined tasks, conversations, events, etc. can be assigned as contributors to the objective.
Track Tasks
Tasks are posts that also has associated status and percent complete tracking. Through the task lifecycle from Assigned to Complete the status can be tracked including people and teams working on the task. All status changes, percent complete updates are logged.
Report Progress
Intuitive one click reporting lets users quickly see the progress of tasks, projects, or towards objectives. The same interface also allows for taking action on the work items to get them moving if they have stalled. Along with summary reports it make it very simple to evaluate where time and resources are being invested results in what outcomes.
